Expedition Pack
	Expedition Pack: Expedition Pack allows backpack style or table top operation mode with complete access to all controls front and rear. We have refined our design to accommodate the new "motorized" MP-2. The current design has a zippered pouch on both sides which will securely hold most any antenna in the collapsed position for travel. The radio compartment is divided so that the top section will hold the Yaesu FT 817, and the lower compartment can be used for an amplifier, tuner or other radios. ***Note*** as the lower compartment in the Expedition Pack is larger than the LDG Z11 Tuner, we recommend the use of foam below or above to produce a tighter fit**** This area was originally designed to fit the Z11 tuner like a glove, but with many request that it be enlarged to fit the Tokyo Hy-Power HL50B amp we made it larger. You can certainly do more with a larger opening. More options are better! Radio Not Included

Expedition Trail Pack

Our new Expedition Trail Pack is a top loading daypack. It has a large compartment with an interior padded compartment that will hold the Yaesu FT 897 with the Yaesu or W4RT Auto Tuner. There are several compartments on the large section including two zippered openings on the lid which allow microphone or antennas to feed through the lid. There is a small pack which "piggy backs" on the back of the larger pack. This has a special pocket designed exclusively for the Yaesu FT 817 which will allow operation inside the smaller pack. This small pack converts to a fanny pack. The new Expedition Trail Pack has a pocket between the large and small pack that allows placement of a water bladder such as a Camel Back Hydration system (not included). There is a large lower compartment which holds your portable antenna gear. The pack is complete with heavy padding for your back and shoulders. A sternum and waist strap are included. Also included is a small removable pouch for your Handheld Radio, Cell phone or GPS which connects to the shoulder strap at chest level and a place for your License, ID or other small notes on the right front shoulder strap. Others may try to imitate our design, but remember the Expedition Pack is made with the highest quality material and attention to detail. Our Expedition Pack II will accommodate the Yaesu FT 100, FT 857, Icom 703 & 706 series, Kenwood TS 50, SGC 2020 and similar radios. The current pack already fits most dual band VHF/UHF rigs.
